When everyone copies your product, you can fight back. Or turn the copy into a way to get the original.
Kudu’s special sandwich became so popular in Saudi Arabia that many restaurants started using the name to promote their own chicken sandwiches. Instead of getting angry, we turned the fake versions into an opportunity: people could send a photo of one to get a coupon for the real thing. We launched the idea with an animated spot full of hidden codes throughout the film.
